Which POS systems are supported?

Integration is assessed against the existing POS workflow. API and file-based connections are supported where available.

How long does installation take?

The rollout schedule depends on label count, store layout and integration scope. It is confirmed before deployment.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The label keeps showing the last price. Updates resume when the connection returns.

Can a label be moved to another product?

Yes. It is re-assigned from the dashboard.

How is the system installed?

Installation and set-up are easy, under a day on average. We offer remote installation and training, or on-site as required.

How long do batteries last?

5 to 7 years, because of the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) protocol and the low-power e-ink display.
